Last year, QNB launched support for 360° video with information within their London headquarter lobby. Up until now, the solution to book a meeting, know information about your accounts or simply looking for a seat, still required you to talk with a "desk-person" that usually resulted in a waste of time. There must be a better way of doing this on QNB, right?

Only 15% of the users interviewed during the first six months of use showed low acceptance with the use of this new technology. Another 56% highlighted the fact that the VR app has an intuitive interface and that it's easy to use.
